We provide professional measurement and supply of compression garments for patients requiring arm, hand, chest, or lower limb support — including those managing Lipoedema and Lymphoedema.
My specialty is the management of Lymphoedema and Lipoedema, and I am fully qualified to fit and supply compression garments. I regularly undertake training with a range of suppliers to stay up to date with the latest products and fitting techniques.
Being advised that you need compression can feel overwhelming — there are many styles and options available. I can help guide you in selecting the most appropriate garment for your condition, lifestyle, and comfort.
Compression garments may be ready-to-wear (off-the-shelf) or custom-made, and can assist with:
Lymphoedema
Lipoedema
Oedema
Venous problems
Diabetes-related swelling
Post-surgical recovery (e.g. after liposuction)
Travel
Extended periods of immobility
Occupations requiring long hours on your feet (e.g. nurses, retail workers)
We keep a selection of garments in stock and can order from trusted suppliers, including Medi, Haddenham, Juzo, Jobst, Thuasne/Mobiderm, and Sigvaris.

Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) can be incorporated into remedial and manual lymphatic drainage treatments. It is a non invasive, completely painless and (often immediately) effective technique which can be used on the following conditions:
Oedema, Lipoedema and Lymphedema
Joint Pain
Muscle spasm, sprains and strains
Musculoskeletal Pain
Slow healing skin wounds such as venous ulcers
Scar tissue
Clinical studies have found that Low Level Laser Therapy causes metabolic changes in the cells of the body. The laser increases the energy of the cell which improves circulation, stimulates tissue repair and relieves pain by providing an analgesic effect.
The laser I use is the only laser unit registered with the American FDA and the Australian TGA specifically for lymphedema treatment but has often immediate benefit on the other conditions above.
The laser assists Lymphoedema and Lipoedema patients in the following ways:
It increases lymphatic drainage through the stimulation of new pathways
It softens fibrotic tissue and relaxes the fascia helping restore lymph flow
It reduces fluid accumulation in the muscles/interstitial tissue, maintaining or continuing to improve the reduction in swelling after treatment has stopped (clinical evidence has shown this continues for months after treatment)
LLLT is used in many of my treatments as it is so beneficial for the instant reduction in pain and stiffness as well as the benefits for lymphoedema and scar tissue healing.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a key component of Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT) — the gold standard for the safe and effective management of oedema, including lymphoedema and lipoedema.
Mary is an Accredited Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy Practitioner, trained in the full range of DLT techniques.
The Five Components of Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Compression therapy – bandaging and/or garments
Skin care – infection prevention tips and advice
Exercise guidance – simple, safe activities for home
Modification of daily activities – adjusting your routine to reduce strain on the lymphatic system, prevent swelling, and avoid injury and self-management strategies to maintain long-term results
Depending on your individual presentation, one or more of these components may be included in your treatment plan. The approach is tailored to the type and severity of oedema and your treatment goals.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that stimulates the flow of lymph throughout the body.
It helps to:Reduce swelling
Remove metabolic waste and toxins
Relieve discomfort and heaviness
Support immune function
Because most lymphatic fluid lies just beneath the skin, MLD uses very light, precise movements in specific directions. Treatments may also incorporate:
Sequential Intermittent Pneumatic Compression (SIPC)
Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)
Deep Oscillation Therapy (DOT).
Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy can support individuals experiencing:
Lymphoedema or Lipoedema
Pre- and post-surgical swelling (including liposuction or abdominoplasty)
Swelling following lymph node removal or radiation therapy
Generalised oedema from injury, travel, or immobility
Other conditions such as fibromyalgia, headaches, sinusitis, hay fever, or sporting injuries.

In-home massages for the elderly and vulnerable
We are a major local provider of in-home massage to aged/home care package clients across the Mornington Peninsula, South East Melbourne suburbs and the ACT.
Positive touch (and companionship) is so beneficial to our elderly clients as well as the value of remedial/therapeutic massage for those who are restricted in their mobility.
Manual lymphatic drainage (refer to services list) is an excellent treatment to improve lymphatic flow for less active/ambulant clients.
Our specifically tailored treatments can be provided in recliners, beds or on our massage tables depending on the mobility and needs/preferences of each client.
Everybody deserves access to therapeutic massage to assist with pain management and mobility.
We provide a mobile massage service to all community members who find it challenging to travel to appointments.
As well as providing services to our elderly clients through home care packages, we can also assist with others who have mobility issues and/or suffer from chronic illnesses. Please contact us via Email or phone to discuss how we can assist you or your loved one.
This service is also available to residents in disability care homes and nursing homes.
We are affiliated with the following home care package providers:

Oncology Massage is a specialised, gentle and safe form of massage therapy that is modified to meet the specific and ongoing needs of someone currently undergoing cancer treatment or with a history of cancer.
A traditional, remedial style massage involving deep tissue techniques or cupping may often be far too much for your body to cope with while undergoing treatment and beyond. Oncology massage uses gentle massage and mobilisation of the fascia, which allows the muscles to relax, easing pain and stress. Research has shown that this gentler approach is often just as beneficial for pain management and is much kinder to your body while it undergoes treatment and many changes during this period.
As a specifically trained Oncology Massage therapist, I base your individual massage around the (often changing) side effects of surgery, chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy, as well as your preferences and needs in terms of the duration of the massage, the pressure, and positioning of your body, based on whether you may be feeling nauseous or anxious, and taking into account any swelling, lymphoedema, wound sites and surgical devices such as ports, catheters, or stoma bags.
The intention is to work within your body’s limits and clients have reported experiencing:
A reduction in pain
Improvement in sleep
A reduction in nausea
A reduction in swelling
Improvement in shortness of breath
A reduction in anxiety
An improvement in overall wellbeing.

What is Reiki?
Reiki, pronounced ‘ray-key’, is often described as “life force energy” or “spiritual energy”. It is a natural, gentle yet powerful form of healing therapy that aims to increase energy levels, promote relaxation and wellbeing and enhance the body’s natural healing ability.
Reiki aims to rebalance the body’s energy flow. A simple way to explain this is by comparing the body’s energy to a river. Our energy should flow easily down through the body. In the river analogy, a pebble, or even a rock, will fall into the river and make the flow of the water a little more difficult. These pebbles are akin to human worries, fears and anger. Each pebble builds on top of the other and soon there is only a trickle of water running in the once free flowing riving. A Reiki treatment helps the body rebalance, and allows the flow of energy once again.
Reiki is not a religion, there is nothing you have to believe in to use or receive Reiki. It can do no harm and the energy flows to the areas in your body that require it. Reiki is a complementary therapy which works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to lower stress, reduce pain and promote wellness.
Clients have reported feelings of less pain, feeling “untangled” or “clean”, greater clarity, calmness or feeling more energised -
Scar therapy is a gentle treatment that can help stimulate your scar and underlying tissue. We focus on addressing issues resulting from surgery or radiotherapy, such as:
· post-surgery pain,
· limited movement or tightness
· pulling or puckering
· fibrous scar tissue or adhesions.
Your appointment will feature a tailored scar massage at the appropriate pace and pressure, practical scar care advice for home, and general wellbeing support. Booking a scar therapy session within six months of surgery is really helpful (even if you are not experiencing any unwanted complications) but it's never too late to benefit from scar treatment (even 20+ plus years afterwards!)
Hands on scar therapy can commence 8 weeks after surgery, however the use of my low level laser and deep oscillation therapy machine is also very beneficial straight after surgery to assist with reducing inflammation, boosting circulation to the area and assisting healing.
-
TEO or deep oscillation therapy uses a gentle, electrostatic field to create oscillations or “kneading” deep with the body’s tissues.
Benefits and uses
Pain and inflammation:
Reduces pain and inflammation by targeting both the inflammatory and neurological aspects of pain.
Swelling and oedema:
Enhances lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling, bruising, and oedema from injuries or surgery.
Tissue and wound healing:
Promotes tissue regeneration, improves blood circulation, and can aid in wound healing for conditions like diabetic ulcers and bed sores.
Muscle and joint issues:
Relieves muscle spasms, relaxes muscles, and can help manage conditions like fibromyalgia and arthritis.
Scar tissue:
Helps to improve the quality of scar tissue and reduce fibrosis.
Post-operative care:
Accelerates healing, reduces swelling and pain, and improves recovery after various surgeries
The TEO is incorporated into the massage or manual lymphatic drainage to enhance its benefits.

Our therapeutic massage techniques focus on the areas of your body that are holding tension, thereby releasing physical pain and stress and improving muscle function.
You can request the level of pressure but our focus is to still allow you to relax and activate your body’s natural healing abilities.
We use a holistic approach to massage and often include Reiki healing as part of our techniques if you wish. Reiki encourages the flow of the body’s own energies or qi (chi). This creates a massage that leaves you feeling both relaxed and invigorated/re-energised at the same time.

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) uses various 'tapping'' sequences to balance the body's energy systems, allowing you to eliminate most negative emotions within minutes, while promoting the body's own healing ability.
TFT is based on the principle of acupuncture and works by using the body's meridians or energy pathways by simply tapping your fingers on certain points of your body. These points act as a code to unlock and eliminate emotional and physical problems that have a negative effect on the mind and body.
TFT offers results in a very short time frame and is incredibly effective in helping overcome fear, phobias, anxiety, trauma, stress, all types of addictions, anger, grief, physical pain and many other problems that act as barriers to happiness and health.
TFT can safely be used on people of all ages, with no side effects and without having to go through years of therapy.
Guided Thought Field Therapy sessions are available in person or via video call (on either Zoom, WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams
